Having a hard time finding data on a particular job, job famil, or maybe an industry.  This site has some summary data that may help.  Most of the data is national data and is summarized from larger surveys.  Some data is a little old, so watch out.
My Stock Options
Oanda Currency Converter
Have you got employees overseas?  Who doesn't now days.  Do you know what you pay them in U.S. $?  If not, this site may be useful.  Convert just about any foreign currency to U.Sl $ (and back again) simple and easy.
HR California
The free stuff includes FAQs on California state laws pertaining to pay, benefits, terminations, etc.  You have to join the California Chamber of Commerce (starting at $229/company) to gain access to their salary survey data.
Northern California HR Assoication
Ok, I know most of you just want to play with millions of dollars in payroll rather than get involved in employee relations stuff.  However, for those of you that want to expand your horizons in the HR function, and live in the SF Bay Area, you should join this organization of 5,000 HR people.  They have chapter meetings, seminars, conferences, etc. held throughout the Bay Area.  Oh yeah, they also teach their members about compensation.  Cost to join is $150/year/individual.
WorldatWork
Just about anybody who is anybody in compensation belongs to this organization.  It used to be called the American Compensation Association (still don't like the new name).  If you're serious about book training, this organization probably has the best around, but it's expensive.  They also have online chats, certifications programs, seminars and conferences, news and information, and a job listing service.  Not much free here, but they're very professional.
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
If you want to know more about how your competitors pay their top executives, this the place to be.  You can access the SEC filings of just about any company.  My favorite, of course, is the proxy info.
California Employee Development Department
Need information about pay rates in California?  You might find what you're looking for at this website.  Every year the State conducts an Occupational Employment Statistics Survey of quite a few generic job classifications.  You can review the data by job class or look up the survey results by County.  It's free.
ICworld
If you're looking for a good source of philosophical thinking about incentive programs, try this website.  They have good articles on incentives, and also have an "Ask the Expert" section which allows people to ask an incentive-related question and have some pretty top notch people respond.

JobStar
Although this website primarily deals with job searches, they have a nice listing of salary surveys for different professions and geographical areas.  There are links to the website where you can obtain the survey.  Most surveys you have to pay for, but some are free.  The site also provides some pretty good articles on graduate starting salaries, benefits, negotiating starting salaries, etc.
Fred W. Cook & Company
Finding it hard to keep up with the possible legislative and regulatory changes in stock options and executive comp?  This website may help.  Fred Cook is one of the best at providing free, detailed but understandable overviews of these complex issues.  They also have some free survey information you may find useful

Looking for a tool that can help you administer your stock program(s) and communicate with your employees?  this site may be useful.  They can customize a site for your company to track awards, answer employee questions, and provide them tools to make intelligent stock decisions.
Career Journal
Here is another place to find free salary information.  You can get salary data for lots of generic job classifications.  The data can be cut by industry, metropolitan area, and state.  In addition, you can view historical trends and even find employers of a particular job classification in a specific geographical area.  The site also provides good job descriptions for the hundreds of jobs in their database.  You wanted to know where your tax dollars are going.  Well, part of it is used to fund this site.  Take advantage.
Although this website is not specifically dedicated to compensation, it has so many links to other useful business sites, that you need to keep this one in your favorites.  This website offers links to all the major search engines, news, weather, travel, health, financial info, statistics, office tools, reference sources, shopping and more.
